3、 Installation of
1. Open the packaging box, take out the condenser, and insert one end of the frosted mouth into the frosted mouth of the quartz flask in order (insert the condenser marked inside into the inner quartz flask, and insert the condenser marked outside into the outer quartz flask)
2. Connect the rubber hoses according to the schematic diagram, and introduce the overflow ports (marked as A) of the two quartz flasks into the water tank. Connect the distilled water outlet of the inner condenser to the water inlet nozzle of the outer quartz flask. Connect the top outlet rubber hose (marked as C) of the inner condenser to the water tank. Connect the condensate inlet rubber hose of the inner condenser to the top outlet of the outer condenser through the cover hole B2 of the chassis. Connect the condensate inlet rubber hose of the outer condenser to the water valve through the rear rubber hose hole of the chassis through a three-way pipe. The other side of the three-way pipe can be connected to the inlet nozzle of the inner stone curve flask through the chassis hole B1. Clamp a water stop clamp between the hole and the three-way pipe. During operation, use the water stop clamp to control the flow rate of about 200 drops.
After the installation of the hose, the outlet of the secondary distilled water from the outer condenser is connected to the receiving bottle or polyethylene plastic drum. The three-way tube is introduced into the water tank through two snake shaped condensers, while the other passes through the inlet of the inner quartz flask, allowing it to flow into the flask. The water level is filled halfway until there is water flowing out from the overflow port; When starting work, please turn down the water stop clamp and control the flow rate appropriately to about 200 drops per minute. Be careful not to let the water flow too quickly and overflow to the flask neck, so that the water can work smoothly.
4. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch of Electric No.1, the working indicator light will turn on, the quartz heating tube will gradually turn red, and the inner quartz flask of Electric No.1 will start working. After the water in the flask boils, the first distilled water will start to drip into the outer quartz flask of Electric No.2. After the overflow port of the outer quartz flask flows out (about 1 hour), turn on the power of Electric No.2, and the second distillation will start working.

4、 The cleaning
This distiller works for a long time and will produce scale (the steamed water is deionized water), which can reduce the number of cleaning times. After the scale is formed, 20% HNO3 can be poured into the horizontal flask at the scale area, soaked for four hours and discharged from the drain. Rinse three times with tap water and then rinse three times with deionized water, which can be reused.
